We marinate our Pork and Chicken Barbikyu for days in our special sauce and the we cook the meat slowly over a charcoal grill, patiently turning and cooking it to perfection.

The Bubba’s BBQ Marinade
This is a family recipe that we can’t give out, but if you want to buy a bottle from us, you can. This marinade is great on chicken or pork. Be careful though. Your friends will start inviting themselves over for BBQ’s! That’s what happened to us and the crowds got so big, we had to move our bbq’s to the street. We suggest you buy two at a time. (The withdrawal symptoms can be brutal when you run out.)

Order by the Tray
We sell our BBQ in trays of 20.  You can buy them pre-cooked and heat them up in a sterno, or half cooked and you finish them in your broiler, or on a gas or charcoal grill.  You can also buy our Chicken and Pork Satay uncooked, and enjoy the joy of grilling them  them yourself (you will be the hit of the party).  Pick up at Englishtown Auctions.
